November & December 2025 update
The final months of the year are traditionally very busy, and 2025 was no exception. It was a wonderful mix of performing, arranging, and producing.
Born in 1983, in the Netherlands.
Picked his first instrument at the age of 4.
Earned his bachelor’s degree in music in 2006, and his master’s degree in music in 2008 (Trumpet Jazz/Pop). Never stopped making music ever since.
Spends quite some time working as a session musician for various artists, both live on stage and in the studio.
Specializes in arranging for horn sections and large orchestras.
Steps out with new projects, compositions, and collaborations.
In addition to working for other artists, Hans consciously chooses to set up his own projects. He runs his own bigband (The Convocation) and a publishing house for music theater performances. New projects will be launched in 2023 in which his own compositions will be released and new bigband arrangements will be published.
After graduation (Trumpet Jazz/Pop), Hans has been invited by a variety of artists and bands to participate in CD recordings and live performances, ranging from intimate concerts with a fifty-person audience to shows in sold-out stadiums. He is endorsed by Vincent Bach and plays Bach’s commercial trumpet LT 1901B.
In addition to his work as a trumpeter, Hans writes arrangements for horn sections, bigbands, and large orchestras. These arrangements are used for CD recordings and live performances. As a composer, Hans has written over a hundred songs for musical theaters and a dozen instrumental songs for several instrumentations.
In recent years, the demand for online horn recordings has increased enormously. That is why Hans has invested in a good acoustic space, beautiful (ribbon & condenser) mics, and high-end converters. The recordings are of excellent quality and are delivered within a few days, ranging from solo parts to complete horn sections.

Another busy but fantastic month has come to an end! It kicked off with a highlight right at the end of September: a performance in Prague. Together with The Rich and Famous, I boarded the plane and immersed myself in the beautiful old city center.
